MADE TO ORDER / PRE ORDER / STOCK

Shipping Times:

• "Pre-order/customized" pieces: 1-2 weeks (varies on the pieces, check item page for details)
• "Stock" pieces: Shipped within 2-3 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We offer international order, however depending on where you live, there can be additional charges and taxes. Orders that were not received because of unpaid customs will not be accepted for return, and we will not reimburse consumers for any additional shipping costs incurred after delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return our pieces, please let us know your feedback. 
If you are not satisfied with your order/ you would like to return or exchange an item please send us a request for a return authorization at info@cha-collective.com within 7 days of delivery date. 

Please be aware that we are a Thailand-based company located in Bangkok. For accurate pricing, we recommend checking with your local post or courier services

Terms conditions; 

• All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
• Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs or any tax charges.
