Welcome to our shop! We offer three different types of products: stock, pre-order, and custom.
Here's the difference between each type:

• Stock: These items are readily available and can be delivered within 2-3 days. However, we strive to minimize stock to avoid overproduction and align with our zero waste approach. We produce on a demand basis, ensuring limited production based on customer needs.
• Pre-order: If an item is marked as pre-order, it means we don't currently have it in stock. Please refer to the size chart to choose the appropriate size. The production time for pre-order items is typically 2-3 weeks (refer to the item page for specific production time). This allows us to create each piece with care and attention to detail.
• Customize: Our custom pieces are tailored specifically to your measurements for a perfect fit. If the option is not available on the item page, please contact us via DM on Instagram or email at info@cha-collective.com.

To find your measurements, you will need to measure your Bust, Waist, and Hips.

Using a cloth tape measure, record the circumference of each area. It's important to remove your clothes beforehand for accurate measurements.
